1General Information & Overview

2Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened in another person's name or using another person's identity.
• The phone number and email address used during registration must be your own.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3Age Verification & Minor Protection

Kkfbapp is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Protecting minors is our highest priority, and we make no exceptions on this.

• Opening an account under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Age verification documents may be requested at any time if a user's age is in doubt.
• Any deposited funds will be returned during verification, but the bonus will be forfeited.
• If an underage account is detected, legal action may be taken.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• In the event of a technical error during live betting, the affected bet may be declared void.

• Any bet placed by exploiting a software bug or incorrect odds will be automatically voided.
• In the event of any dispute regarding betting history or results, kkfbapp's server records shall serve as the final authority.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on kkfbapp are subject to specific wagering requirements. Please read the full terms of each offer before claiming any bonus.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet placed using bonus balance is ৳500 per bet.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Kkfbapp may modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkfbapp platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings.

• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards kkfbapp staff.

8Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Kkfbapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances, without prior notice.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Refusing to cooperate with the KYC verification process or submitting false documents.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon detection of a security threat or suspicious activity.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

9Limitation of Liability

Kkfbapp is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, internet disconnections, or third-party issues. Our liability is limited in the following situations.

• Loss of internet connection during an active bet.
• Inaccurate data provided by a third-party sports data provider.
• If services must be suspended due to a government directive or legal requirement.
• If an account is hacked due to the user's own negligence or sharing of their password.

10Terms Amendment Policy

Kkfbapp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or SMS.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your funds.
• This page will always display the date of the most recent update.
